All orders are subject to acceptance by Motionhubpeek. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on material costs and market conditions with reasonable notice.
Standard payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Custom orders may require a 50% deposit prior to production. All amounts are in euros (EUR) unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume. Standard orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Custom orders require 2–3 weeks. Motionhubpeek is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
All products undergo rigorous quality control. If you receive defective goods, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace defective items or provide a full refund at our discretion.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Motionhubpeek Oy and protected by Finnish and international copyright laws. Custom designs created for clients remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
Motionhubpeek's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
